You don't have to build a business. You just have to find 3 investment partners that will commit with you to invest in a few programs (or companies) together to help each other. Later you may desire to add more 'InVeStment' programs together to create another stream of income without having to find more partners. That is so powerful when you really understand that. You are building one network for multiple streams of income. You do not have to be an expert in all of the companies, just have a basic understanding of them.
