Joining: I've never been involved in Networking before. Who do I pay to join? Where does the income actually come from, and when?
You join each company seperately. Think of it like subscribing to a few different magazines or going to a shopping mall and buying something from 3 different stores. Each company has different policies and procedures, as well as compensation plans. Each company does a good job of explaining their features and benefits at their web sites. You will be paid by each one as they are seperate companies.
