A pyramid scheme is a fraudulent system of making money, which requires an endless stream of recruits for success. In a straightforward pyramid scheme, a recruit is asked to give a sum of money, say $100, to a recruiter. The new recruit then enlists, say, 10 more recruits, to give up $100 each. In the simplest example, the recruiter keeps all the money he gets from his recruits. Unlike a legitimate networking program, the money collected goes to the recruiter, not toward obtaining a product or service.
The product or services we sell are legitimate affiliate marketing companies offering subscriptions that provide valuable educational and marketing services.
These companies pay commissions for referrals sales, basically a "finder's fee" for word of mouth advertising. Members receive compensation for each additional referral made by those you refer, and by those they refer, etc. throughout the specified compensation area. Those referral subscription memberships create your compensation matrix, also called a downline or as I prefer to call it your team network.
All financial and business structures are pyramid shaped. Think of the President of the country or Bill Gates with Microsoft. It is the strongest man made structure ever created!
I think the question you are asking is, "Is this legal?" Yes. I had a very prominent attorney review my system prior to publishing it. I have merely simplified the process of online affiliate business and marketing.
I love an article in a recent publication of Networking Times. If you are the slightest bit skeptical, I urge you to take the time to read "The Coming Network Marketing Boom". Go to http://www.networkingtimes.net/nt/01/01/15.phtml
You will need to enter new member information to log in....don't worry it's free...and well worth reading.
I hope you take the time to examine the concept. Please don't reject this legitimate opportunity to create a significant stream of income for yourself and your family because of old perceptions.
