Here is an example of how an organization can use collective products from it's members as an affiliate program for fundraising.

This can be modified for anyone wanting to start their own company as well and is particularly useful for non profit organizations.

Create a newsletter and have members submit articles, advertise their products and services, offer discounts and gift certificates, free items, things of interest and value.

This is a great way for other organizations and businesses to advertise their products and services too.

Then sell the newsletter, now packed with value of offers, etc., from fellow business owners and the community, offering sales first to the members and then to the general public.

You will all share the profits!

It is actually very easy to set up. Hire someone to put the newsletter together. There are service companies that will do this for you for a few hundred dollars a month or perhaps you can find someone within the organization to donate their time for free to do this. Should only take a few days a month once it was set up to maintain the newsletter format and send it out.

Next you will need to hire someone to take care of the back office (money part) which is about $500 a month for a small project like this. With members and community businesses submitting the articles, offers, items of value, etc. for free, it keeps the overhead very low for more profits to be shared. About $1,000 a month for everything by keeping it very simple and using donations.

Many people will buy the newsletter because they want the information, the free items, the discounts offered of value, etc., yet are not interested in selling them or making money from the sales.

Of course you encourage all members and distributors to please try to sell at least 3 subscriptions to help the organization earn necessary funds to operate with AND for the members who are trying to earn money too.

There are many businesses that would buy a subscription just so they could submit a free ad.

Here is a brief example which of course can be modified as desired.

Using an online newsletter subscription for $5 a month.

Let's say the Organization will pay 75% in team sales commissions (or $3.75) to the sales team distributors.

To be qualified to earn commissions distributors should be required to sell 2 subscriptions (of which their own subscription could count as one to qualify) to make sure you get some sales.

It is better if they purchase a subscription for themselves so they know what they are selling and the value of it, but you cannot require that they have one. Most will want one for themselves anyway.

I suggest you use a 3 x 5 global matrix compensation plan paid out like this:

Level 1 5% commission ($5 x 5% = .25 cents)
Level 2 10% commission ($5 x 10% = .50 cents)
Level 3 15% commission ($5 x 15% = .75 cents)
Level 4 20% commission ($5 x 20% = $1.00)
Level 5 25% commission ($5 x 25% = $1.25)
75% $3.75

Let's say Sally buys a subscription and sells 3 subscriptions to 3 people who also sells 3 subscriptions to 3 people who also sells 3 subscriptions to 3 people throughout the 5 levels.

L1)1 x 3 = 3 x $.25 = $.75 = $.75
L2)3 x 3 = 9 x $.50 = $4.50 = $5.25
L3)9 x 3 = 27 x $.75 = $20.25 = $25.50
L4)27 x 3 = 81 x $1.00 = $27.00 = $52.50
L5)81 x 3 = 243 x $1.25 = $303.75 = $356.25

That's $356 a month when you are only spending $5!

This means that Sally (and the other qualified distributors) each have the potential to earn an extra $356.25 a month when they fill their 3 x 5 global matrix!

Everyone only needs to sell 3 subscriptions (one time as long as those 3 keep their subscriptions active) and then help their 3 sell 3, etc. In a short time, Sally could be earning an extra $356.25 every month!

Now this is passive residual ongoing income - Sally isn't having to continue to "work" for this income anymore once she sells her 3 and trains her 3 to do the same.

If everyone sold 3 subscriptions to 3 people who also sold 3 subscriptions in one week each, in 5 weeks, Sally could fill her matrix!

And, the next week, her first 3 would be earning the same, and the next week the next level of distributors would be earning the same, etc. IF, (and that's a big IF), everyone sells 3 each in one week. It is possible.

Even if some only sold 1 or 2, here and there, many will sell far more than 3, and most will make a lot of extra income from a $5 business "investment".

Plus there are tax advantages to operating a home based business. Operate this as a home based business as a distributor to save an average of $6,000 a year in tax deductions.

You would need to show results of making sales and growing the business to qualify as a business and many do this quite successfully to earn more than their employment salary from a regular job, within the first year. That does take some "work" and money to start, but it is very little compared to a regular job, or other business or investment opportunity.

Within a year or two, each person has the potential to earn an extra $4,275 a year just as a distributor selling a simple $5 monthly newsletter and thousands more as a business that can take just a few hours a month to do.

The network subscription sales will continue to grow, the organization memberships will conitnue to grow AND everyone's income will grow too!

The Organization would make $1.25 per subscription sold per month which doesn't sound like much but this would be multiplied by hundreds and soon thousands of subscriptions being sold.

How this works is, the Organization purchases a subscription (from an existing company and sells their products) or starts their own newsletter subscription service in this example.

Then they sell subscriptions to the Board members in order of hierarchy or by drawing names out of a hat.

Next subscription sales are offered to the members and then the members sell subscriptions to the general public.

Any advertisements the Organization makes in their newsletters, business cards, brochures, website, etc., advertises their personal link for new subscriptions sales which will fill in their global matrix network from the top down and help the most members on a first come first served basis.

The Board members and other members would each give out their own personal link to build their own personal 3 x 5 global matrix network, for their own team sales commissioned earnings, which also flows up to help the Organization! It's a win - win - win.

The Organization raises greatly needed funds, members/distributors make money and the community/businesses prosper from the free items and valued information, etc. and new sales are made to the advertising businesses as well!

If an organization does not want to sell their own products or needs capitol to start their own, I recommend they start by selling subscriptions as a distributor for GreenWiz.

Then follow the same order - sell subscriptions to the Board members who would like to participate. Then sell subscriptions to the members who would like to sell subscriptions to the public. All this flows up to the organization (and members in between) for the organization to be in profit immediately.
