You are now part of a very dynamic team that is committed to your success and will do whatever we can to help you succeed.

Take time weekly or daily and go through the investworks.net site a little at a time. The more you familiarize yourself with the site, team, and system, the better you'll be able to confidently inform others about what we are a part of...and the better you'll be able to answer any questions.

Also spend some time going through the back office of the InVeStworks Yahoo group. There's much information there as well. This is where you can find powerpoint documents, the notes that correspond to the eight leadership calls on the investworks.net website, and many other helpful and useful items.

Suzanne has put much work into providing us with an enormous amount of resources that are all free.

You don't have to use everything, really I feel that there's something there for everyone, use what you can and like. People are different and that's one of the reasons for so many resources/ways to inform others.

When you find others who are interested in TIMS, direct them to the website or calls. Set up a conference call with Suzanne and your team.

This is a great way for those interested to hear and "meet" others in the team and feel more confident that this is real. Also they'll be able to ask questions as they come to mind and not have to wait for an email.

Normally these calls are recorded for those that cannot attend either do to location or time constraints. Then the link to the recorded call can be emailed to everyone.

At anytime if you have questions about anything just email the group and you'll get a prompt response from several members, as you've already noticed.

My name is Peter Arnold, from Atlantic Canada - and I just joined Suzanne Kincaid's important InVeStworks mission.

I love what she is creating here at ALL, and what Greg has done with MF + the many other Affiliate//MLM businesses that make up the mix "within" this Investment concept - it's quite brilliant.

However - as a Financial Advisor, Business Consultant and Coach + having 20+ years as a Network Marketing//MLM professional - I must confess that at first, I was very, very skeptical of what I saw.

Much of it seemed to quarrel with some long-standing beliefs I have had about business // investments in general - and about MLM in particular. As well, I'm extremely cautious by nature (as my clients expect me to be).

After studying Suzanne's great book, Financial Freedom On $1 A Day - and visiting the InVeStworks website many, many times - and learning of her reputation, integrity, principles and values - and then speaking at length with her - it all began to 'click' - and I became 'hooked'.

Once I understood this concept in INVESTMENT terms - I understood. In fact, MLMrs especially, need to be very careful NOT to equate this strategy to the typical MLM Home Biz - it's not.

This is an Investment Business - one that just happens to select a number of small Affiliate companies [at first] - in the same way that a Mutual Fund selects a broad base of 'Brick & Mortar' companies within it's umbrella.

In any event - not only could I now see the simplicity and beauty of what Suzanne
had developed + the enormous 'potential' for anyone who would fully commit to it - I also caught the vision, and understood the much "bigger picture" behind this new (to me) concept called InVeStworks.

I just wanted to share with you what I've been up to this week.

I called Women in Distress, a non-profit organization, and briefly told Karen, the Development Associate, that I love what Women in Distress is doing and that I have a fundraising opportunity that I'd like to share with her. She said that they have a lot of offers, but invited me to e-mail her the info. So I did! I sent her the My Power Mall e-mail with my link. I'm not attached to the outcome; No matter how it turns out, I feel empowered by taking action and sharing the opportunity with a non-profit that I feel passionate about.

Also, since I'm in the Financial Freedom in 1 Year Group (the fast track), I sumitted to Suzanne answers to the following questions:

1. Why do I want to be Financially Free?

2. How much do I want to make and by when?

3. I created my list of 10 Best and 10 Easiest prospects.

I created a list of ALL the people I can think of in my life. How many people can I help pave a way to Financial Freedom? We joined the InVeStworks group and are pleased to say we were already in profit the very next month. I'll share with you some of my observations and experience:

I have tried various MLM programs ranging from Herbalife to Pre-paid Legal and dropped out within a year on them. I couldn't keep up with rah-rah meetings and conventions, product purchases, negative responses from my friends, etc. The main thing about all of them is that the money goes to the top echelons and very little comes to the downliners. I experienced high levels of frustration with them.

When Suzanne's program came to my wife's attention, I said, "Oh, no, not again!" Margaret was inspired by what she had heard and said I should just listen to what Suzanne had to say.

We joined in early May. Suzanne and Jan Starling came to our immediate support and helped us through the procedures for registering with three small affiliate companies. They showed us how to bring in others and they filtered other people to us as affiliate partners so that we could hit the ground running. It is wonderful... It is all for one and one for all!

We help each other and have become friends who have not yet met face to face, but I know we will meet. We keep in touch by phone and with e-mail.

In just 5 weeks, the Sumaris Center became self-sustaining with just one leg of partners growing to 7. The second leg is at 5 and we had not yet selected a partner for the 3rd leg.

Are you interested? Can you be eager and make a commitment to stick it out for the long run?

This is not a get rich quick scheme. It will take time to make a lot of money, but it will pay for itself very quickly if you generate 3 partners who will each generate 3 partners. That is all it took for us and we are making a little bit of profit already... not a lot, but we feel like winners with our progress.

I have been reading the training letters on My Power Mall and getting new ideas and inspiration.

I sent an e-mail with my MPM link to about 40 friends and one of them signed up for a business mall!! YEAH!

While exploring My Power Mall, I found the exact wrist watch that I lost recently (after loving it for years). I didn't think I would be able to replace it, because it's uncommon, but I was able to order it and now I am enjoying it again!

On my trip back from Sedona I was browsing the Skymall magazine and saw a pillow that I wanted to try. While exploring My Power Mall, I noticed that Skymall is one of the MPM stores, so I ordered my pillow and got rebates for myself, my partner Steven and my upline at the same time!!

I received a request to be a friend of a musician on Music Forte. I checked out her music and loved all of it! I downloaded the free songs for my iPod and added all of her songs to my MF playlist. Another win that I did not mention on the call:

For the last month or so I have started a daily habit of focusing for a minute or so on a print out of my ALL network tree, which I have "doctored" to look like a bigger network. Each day I ask myself why I want this and imagine how it might feel to have it.

Tonight as I was pondering why I am involved with InVeStworks, part of the answer that came to me is that I very much value the opportunity to contribute to the self-empowerment of others. That inspired me to write this message.

If anybody else has more InVeStworks "wins" that they would like to share, please do. I am reminded of Abraham saying, "When you focus on what's working, you see that everything is working."
